Recently I have been so busy. I have been busy working with clients and contractors. It’s always a delicate balance when it comes to working with a team of people. Sometimes I want to scream. :)   I read a short article about issuing client homework and holding them reasonable for being an engaged participant in the design process. I have always said this to my clients and most recently I have really start enforcing it. And to my surprise the client really respected the request.
