Oliver Cromwell Studio / Manhattan, NY

This 30-story Tower which was designed by the esteemed architect Emery Roth was completed in 1927. Designed in the Italian Renaissance Style, this 172-unit structure is located a stone throw away from Central Park.

In this renovation we installed a new kitchen, installed new hardwood flooring, added layers of lighting and painted the walls a light grey. We also introduce some social decor via the vintage kilim pillows, the African stool, and the eco-friendly Gus Modern sofa.
